- Cutting Board
- Sharp Knife (Adult Needed)
- Medium-Sized Bowl
- Measuring Cup
- Measuring Spoons
Ingredients
- 2 heaping cups of cubed watermelon
- 1 cup cubed or crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint or basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the bowl and toss gently.
- Serve right away, or cover and refrigerate up to overnight (if you want to serve it later, keep the feta out and add it just before serving).
